Strahman’s Ergonomic Hose Package provides an all-in-one solution for washdown cleaning. This convenient package includes a Strahman Extruded Hose and a Hydro-Pro 150® spray nozzle equipped with our Swivel-Pro Adapter.
The Extruded Hose is flexible, lightweight, and easy to handle while maintaining the heavy-duty industrial strength you expect from Strahman products. Made from materials that comply with FDA regulations for food contact, our hoses feature a non-toxic liner that meets FDA CFR Title 21, section 177.2600 for fatty foods, as well as the IANESCO certificate (nr. 10/11358) for milk and yogurt. The versatile hose resists oil, abrasives, and fatty and lactic acids, and is designed to withstand temperatures up to 200°F and working pressures up to 300 psi.
The Hydro-Pro 150® spray nozzle is lightweight (under 2 lbs), reducing operator fatigue. It is built to endure harsh environments, with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing and a virtually indestructible renewable cover. The patented trigger mechanism allows the operator to lock in the desired spray type. Additionally, a safety shut-off feature activates when the nozzle is dropped, reducing misdirected sprays and potential operator injury. The maximum working pressure is 150 psi (10 bar).

The complete hose assembly includes a ¾” Male NPT fitting on the unit end, our Swivel-Pro Adapter on the other end, and a Hydro Pro 150 Spray nozzle, all designed to maximize comfort and safety. Hose is intended for non-potable water only.
