Industrial Hose Racks

A modern facility is a busy place with many moving parts, so keeping equipment in easily accessible locations is paramount for smooth operations. Our line of hose racks and reels will help you do that no matter what situation you might have.

Hose Storage

Our water transfer hose reels provide excellent storage for keeping hoses protected, organized, and off the floor. Two versions are available– Standard and Hi-Sanitary. Both have a heavy-duty internal spring motor for ease of pulling and retracting hose and can be mounted on the floor, wall, or ceiling.

Add-on options include your choice of our extruded or premium wrapped hoses with a ball stop to prevent damage to the hose and spray nozzles.

  • The Hi-Sanitary model is a 304 stainless-steel reel engineered for washdown, where maintaining a highly sanitized environment is critical. The design of this model has a highly polished, smooth surface and protected cover to reduce contamination from trapped materials.
  • The Standard model is available in Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel in two variations to hold up to a 50' hose and 100' hose. Pull the hose, and a sturdy ratchet assembly locks the reel to the desired length.

Strahman offers two types of hose racks:

  • HR-100 is Strahman's premium, heavy-duty stainless steel rack that will store up to 50 ft. of hose, and the HR-100L up to 100 ft. When good looks matter in your facility, this series is for you. Expanding metal anchors supplied with the unit make installation a breeze to brick, tile, cement, or cinder.
  • Basix hose rack is an economical welded one-piece rack that is strong enough to support 200 lbs. The stainless rack can store your hoses and any cords that you might want to keep up and off the floor. Hardware supplied with the unit for installation to brick, tile, cement, or cinder, but it can also be welded to a steel column or bolted to a bulkhead.
