Our Sample Valve Heat Jackets have a high heat transfer rate from the heating medium to the process. Strahman Heat Jackets are bolt-on, custom-molded to fit the specific valve body perfectly to eliminate the risk of heat loss, maintain the fluidity of the media during the process, and minimize air gaps. It is also more compact and efficient than weld-on jackets. And, when the sample valve requires removal or servicing, the heat jacket can stay in place which results in less downtime and labor.
Heat jackets for flanged sample valve models envelope the flange to minimize any exposed surface area where cooling might occur. Jackets for flanged valves along with weld-on styles are available by special request. Contact Us today or more information.
